  1. Know what you want your computer to do for you. (Gaming, Leisure, Surfing, etc.) This will factor in what components you need to build a computer that will work for you.
  2. Know you computer parts.

CPU: Single Processor, Dual Core, Triple Core, Quad Core E

RAM( Random Access Memory) DDR, DDR2, DDR3

Hard Drive or Storage Space: IDE, Sata, SataII, Sata III

Video Card: VGA, DVI, HDMI
